The Submission Process

Place your order
Find your card on our website, click "submit", choose which grading company, and place your order .
Prepare & Pack
Place each card in a penny sleeve and semi-rigid holder. Include your submission form and ship your cards to us.
We Inspect & Verify
Upon arrival, we inspect every card, verify condition, and match them to your submission form.
We Submit to Graders
Your cards are carefully packed and shipped to the grading company with full insurance.
Grading & Return
Once graded, we receive the graded cards, inspect them again, and ship them back to you with tracking and insurance.
You will receive e-mail updates of the order process and you can track your order's progress on your dashboard.

How long does the whole process take?
Total turnaround depends on the grader and grading tier you select. We provide estimated timelines when you submit.
Do you have submission deadlines?
No. We submit multiple times a week and we do NOT delay your submission.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The prices shown include all handling, materials, shipping to the grader, return shipping back to you, and insurance.
Can I submit cards that are already in top-loaders?
Yes, but we will transfer them to semi-rigid sleeves. If you didn't choose the add-on for semi-rigid sleeves you will receive an invoice for the cost of the new sleeves and handling before your order can be submitted.
Do you accept international orders?
We accept international shipments and we handle all customs duties, taxes and fees so you don't have to.
Does PlayerOneCollectibles buy graded cards?
Yes. Once your graded cards are back from grading, we will make you a cash offer via e-mail that's valid for 24 hours. If you decline our offer or you do not respond, we will instantly dispatch your graded cards back to you.
