You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our technology outside of the website in any form, including code, reverse-engineering, or other means, without express written permission. However, users are free to share screenshots or images of their profits, losses, or collection achievements from Candle to their personal networks and fanbase without restriction, provided it does not infringe on our technology or proprietary data.

User Conduct

You agree to use our platform responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempting to bypass security measures; or engaging in any behavior that disrupts other users’ experiences. Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or termination at our discretion.

Player One Collectibles employs proprietary machine learning algorithms designed exclusively for personal use, enabling you to track the original price paid for cards in your collection, their current market value, and the resulting profit or loss based on your entries, through our Candle subscription service. This feature is provided solely as a tool for users to monitor their own trading card collections and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Player One Collectibles makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for profits, losses, or any financial outcomes arising from its use. Users access and utilize our platform entirely at their own risk, and Player One Collectibles, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be held liable, under any legal theory, for any decisions, actions, or financial consequences based on the information provided, including but not limited to errors in user entries or market data fluctuations.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription services like Candle require payment as outlined in our Payment & Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription terms with notice. Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in suspension of access until resolved.

Limitation of Liability

Player One Collectibles provides this platform “as is” and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
