Account & Login
- I forgot my password. What should I do? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the reset instructions.

- How do I log out? Click "Logout" in the top right of your user dashboard.
Collection Management
- How do I add a card to my collection? Browse cards, select "GOT" on the card thumbnail, and enter the purchase price when prompted. This will automatically add the card to your collection which you can view on your user dashboard.
- How do I remove a card from my collection? Select "NEED" on the card thumbnail to remove it form your collection.
- Why isn’t my card value updating? Card values update based on market data and our proprietary machine learning algorithms which will adjust the price as the market price changes in real-time.
- How do I view my collection? Log in and visit your ''Account'' to see all your GOT cards and master sets.
Market Prices & Values
- How are market prices calculated? Our AI machine-learning algorithms analyze prices, data, and historical trends to provide accurate and up-to-date market prices.
- How often are prices updated? Prices are updated in real-time as new data is received.
- What affects a card’s market value? Rarity, demand, print volume, and market trends all influence card prices.
